By attending sculpting classes consistently it takes very little time to see improvement in your physical appearance. It is time well spent.

Barre class combines ballet, Pilates, and strength training. The class is designed to give you a full-body workout. We feel positive we can keep you motivated and coming back for more! Of course, everyone is welcome no matter your fitness level.
High Fitness

High Fitness is taking aerobics to the next level. It is a full-body workout which will improve your strength and endurance as well as your cardiovascular health. The group classes are fun and easy to follow, but most importantly, you will leave class knowing you had a great workout. If you think dancing is fun, this class is for you. Even if you have never danced, you can learn during class. Come join our dance party; you won’t be disappointed!
